We would rather show what we deliver – we captured this tour for a client.

The buttons sit at the bottom left and bottom right of the tour. The numbers show what each one does.
The whole house as a cut-away model seen from above at an angle – like a doll’s house. Left mouse button: rotate around the building. Right mouse button: move the image. Double-click a spot to jump straight into the house there.
The top-down view with room names – the layout at a glance.
Back into the rooms. Click a ring on the floor to walk there.
Shows individual floors. The number on the button tells you how many there are – three here. Tip: in the 3D model, click on the black background next to the house – all floors are shown again.
Click two points and the distance appears. Guide values from the scan – how accurate?
Copy the link to the tour and send it on.
Full screen, VR headset, search and help.
These images come straight from the capture, with no separate photo appointment. Included in every package: 6 HD stills (Basic) or 15 (Pro and Premium).

Our own capture of a 103 m² flat. Stills, the dollhouse view and the automatic floor plan of this tour follow further down.
Our own capture: condominium, 103 m², Schaffhausen, recorded on 8 September 2026 by RoomView360. Published as a demonstration example with the owner's consent.
Four stills from the walkthrough above: living area, fireplace, terrace and bathroom. These are exactly the views your prospects get from your own tour.

Generated automatically from the 3D model of the tour: the room areas are approximate values from the scan, not a verified SIA 416 area — where the figure comes from is explained in Areas in a scan floor plan. The dimensioned PDF plan is a separate add-on · room labels in German, English on request
A virtual tour is a walkable 3D model of your property in the browser. Visitors click their way through room by room, zoom in, look out of the window and see the entire floor plan from above. RoomView360 produces professional walkable tours for real estate tours.
The most important difference compared to a 360° photo gallery: a real 3D tour is a spatial model that the Matterport software calculates from the captures. Visitors move freely through the rooms, estimate distances correctly and grasp the layout immediately — without having to click through ten distorted panorama images. Whether it is worth capturing a tour yourself with a 360° camera is compared in Create a 3D tour yourself or hire a professional; how the tour gets into a listing is covered in Adding a 3D tour to Homegate and ImmoScout24.
VR mode is included in all three packages — Basic, Pro and Premium — at no surcharge. For the best VR experience we recommend the Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, Meta Quest or Apple Vision Pro. Other headsets supporting the WebXR standard may work as well. Without a headset the same tour runs unchanged in the browser, so a device is never a prerequisite.
The same capture works for commercial spaces too. For shops, practices and showrooms one channel is added that residential properties do not have: publication to the Google Business Profile. How that works and what it costs is on the 360° store tours for Google Maps page.
Above all, the tour improves the quality of enquiries: they are better pre-qualified. Visitors who walked through the apartment beforehand arrive at the viewing with correct expectations. This reduces empty viewings, shortens time-on-market and unburdens your management team.
For sale objects the tour shortens time-on-market. For rentals it reduces the viewing count per rental. For property managers it additionally serves as an internal documentation tool — condition at handover, before/after for renovations, evidence in damage cases. If the flat is still occupied, our process for occupied properties applies.
Address and area to us — fixed-price quote the same business day, including a proposed shoot date within 7 business days.
3D shoot on site. Up to 200 m²: 1.5 to 3 hours. The property should be tidy and well lit.
3D tour, floor plan and stills within 48 hours of the shoot via web link and embed code. On request with the furnishings digitally removed — both views in the same tour, switchable, at no extra charge. The empty view is an AI reconstruction and can differ from the real condition where furniture stood.
All packages are fixed prices — no hidden costs, no “starting at” wording. 15 % first-time-client discount on your first project.
Properties over 350 m² or special projects: request a custom quote.
A 3D tour is a walkable, three-dimensional model of your property in the browser. Visitors click their way through room by room, zoom in, look out of the window, and view the entire floor plan from above (Dollhouse view). It is the next step after photos: visitors immediately understand the spatial layout and arrive at the viewing better pre-qualified.
Three steps: 1) Date setting and fixed-price quote the same business day. 2) On-site shoot with the 360° camera; depending on size, 1 to 4 hours on location. 3) Post-processing and delivery of the finished tour within 48 hours. The property needs to be tidy and well lit — nothing else is required.

For an average apartment, the publicly published prices of Swiss providers range from roughly CHF 400 to CHF 1,200 per property; small units start at around CHF 275, and large or commercial properties reach CHF 2,000 and above (survey of 22 August 2026). RoomView360 works with three fixed-price packages: Basic CHF 390 (up to 100 m²), Pro CHF 690 (up to 200 m²) and Premium CHF 1,190 (up to 350 m², drone included). First-time clients receive a 15 % discount on their first project. Which items quotes regularly leave out is set out in our guide “What does a virtual tour cost in Switzerland?”.
