Real Estate Photography in Zurich & Switzerland

Bright, honest real estate photos for listings and social media. Shot in the same session as your 3D tour: one date, one fixed price. For occupied properties we settle notice and consent in advance, and remove the furnishings digitally on request. An AI does this; where furniture stood, the empty view can differ from the real condition.

What we deliver

The photo is still the first selling surface of a listing. Before anyone clicks on “Open 3D tour”, the thumbnail decides whether your listing gets opened at all. RoomView360 delivers professional HDR photos — shot separately and professionally optimised: correct verticals, balanced indoor-outdoor brightness, neutral colour reproduction.

  • HDR exposure: attention to bright rooms and natural light so your listing feels inviting
  • Corrected verticals: no tilting walls
  • Web + print: high-resolution JPGs, ready for Homegate, ImmoScout24 and your website
  • Stitched panoramas: narrow bathrooms, small bedrooms shown in full width
  • Day & twilight: special perspectives on request

Views from a shoot in Schaffhausen

A 103 m² condominium, captured on 8 September 2026. These are HD stills taken from the 3D tour, exactly what the Basic and Pro packages include — no separate photo shoot needed. The Premium package's 15 professional HDR photos come on top of that — shot separately and professionally optimised. Published with the owner's consent.

FAQ

Questions about real estate photography.

How is a tour produced and how long does it take?

Three steps: 1) Date setting and fixed-price quote the same business day. 2) On-site shoot with the 360° camera; depending on size, 1 to 4 hours on location. 3) Post-processing and delivery of the finished tour within 48 hours. The property needs to be tidy and well lit — nothing else is required.

How much does a virtual tour cost in Switzerland?

For an average apartment, the publicly published prices of Swiss providers range from roughly CHF 400 to CHF 1,200 per property; small units start at around CHF 275, and large or commercial properties reach CHF 2,000 and above (survey of 22 August 2026). RoomView360 works with three fixed-price packages: Basic CHF 390 (up to 100 m²), Pro CHF 690 (up to 200 m²) and Premium CHF 1,190 (up to 350 m², drone included). First-time clients receive a 15 % discount on their first project. Which items quotes regularly leave out is set out in our guide “What does a virtual tour cost in Switzerland?”.

Is a 2D floor plan included?

Yes. The automatically generated 2D floor plan and the dollhouse view from the 3D scans are included in every package — the Basic package included. On top of that there are two drawn tiers: the clean drawing as a PDF with your logo and the room areas (included in Premium, otherwise CHF 40 per variant) and the dimensioned PDF plan, checked for dimensional accuracy, for building permits and sales documentation. That one stays a separate add-on to every package and costs CHF 180 to 480 depending on apartment size, DWG on request.
