There is one person behind RoomView360: David Graune. Trained carpenter, certified project manager — and the one standing at your door with the camera.
I trained as a carpenter. The project management diploma came later. But the whole thing started with a flat of my own.
I renovated my first owner-occupied flat myself. That is when I noticed how much is in a property once you know what sits behind the walls — and how little of it came across in the pictures that existed until then.
That is where the idea came from. Not one more photographer, but a different way of showing a property: walkable 3D tours you move through yourself, together with clean floor plans and photographs that do the property justice.
Almost any project involving real estate interests me. In the end it always comes down to something very concrete: how people live and work.
A photographer sees light, perspective and composition. That matters, and I pay attention to it. I just also see the building.
I know where a load-bearing wall sits and why a room is laid out the way it is. And I know what a buyer looks for and what a property manager needs documented — two different things.
In practice that means:
Three things were settled from the start.
Fixed prices, published. The pricing page says what a job costs. No “starting at”, no quote that grows along the way.
One appointment for everything. Tour, photos and floor plan come out of the same appointment. You do not have to coordinate three suppliers, and the results match because they come from one visit.
48 hours. That is how long it takes from the shoot to the finished tour. A listing that waits a week for its imagery loses exactly the week with the most attention.
There are no invented client quotes on this website. The example images on the service pages are labelled as Matterport demo material, because that is what they are.
RoomView360 is new. As soon as the first clients release their projects, they will appear here — with the property, the location and the outcome. Not before.
I am based in Zurich and travel across German-speaking Switzerland: Zurich, Winterthur, Schaffhausen, Baden, Zug, Lucerne, St. Gallen, Aarau, Frauenfeld and Solothurn. Travel within the cantons of Zurich and Schaffhausen is included; elsewhere it is charged at 50 centimes per kilometre one way and is stated in the quote.
If you have a property: send me a message or call. I reply the same working day. Full company details are in the legal notice.
Describe your property. We respond the same business day with a fixed-price quote and a proposed shoot date. No call centres, no sales pressure.
