Our satisfaction guarantee applies to the first project of a new client. If something about the delivered tour does not suit you, we rework it free of charge. If the second version does not convince you either, we do not invoice anything; the tour is deactivated and not used. Any deposit already paid is refunded in full in that case.

This requires feedback within 7 days of delivery. Not covered are circumstances outside our control, such as a property that is inaccessible or not cleared.

For an average apartment, the publicly published prices of Swiss providers range from roughly CHF 400 to CHF 1,200 per property; small units start at around CHF 275, and large or commercial properties reach CHF 2,000 and above (survey of 22 August 2026). RoomView360 works with three fixed-price packages: Basic CHF 390 (up to 100 m²), Pro CHF 690 (up to 200 m²) and Premium CHF 1,190 (up to 350 m², drone included). A 3D tour is a walkable, three-dimensional model of your property in the browser. Visitors click their way through room by room, zoom in, look out of the window, and view the entire floor plan from above (Dollhouse view). It is the next step after photos: visitors immediately understand the spatial layout and arrive at the viewing better pre-qualified.

Three steps: 1) Date setting and fixed-price quote the same business day. 2) On-site shoot with the 360° camera; depending on size, 1 to 4 hours on location. 3) Post-processing and delivery of the finished tour within 48 hours. The property needs to be tidy and well lit — nothing else is required.

A 3D tour is a walkable digital model of your property. We capture every room with a 360° camera from several positions; the Matterport software then calculates the walkable 3D model, an automatic floor plan and a Dollhouse view. RoomView360 delivers the tour as a web link and iframe embed; it can also be walked through with a VR headset.

Yes. Prospects see the layout and condition before the appointment, so the enquiries are better qualified. For rentals it reduces empty viewings; for sales it shortens time-on-market. For property managers the tour is also an internal documentation tool — condition at handover, before/after for renovations, evidence in damage cases.

The Dollhouse view is the exterior view of the entire 3D model, as if the roof had been removed — visitors see the whole apartment or house from above in 3D, rotate it, zoom in, and jump into individual rooms with a click. It is the fastest way to grasp a spatial layout intuitively.

If you want higher booking prices and fewer pre-booking enquiries, yes. Guests who walked through the apartment before booking arrive with correct expectations, leave better reviews and cancel less often. We offer an Airbnb package including 3D tour, HD stills from the tour and floor plan at a fixed price.

Basic package: 12 months. Pro package: 24 months. Premium package: 36 months of cloud hosting included. Renewal afterwards: CHF 60 per year. During the hosting period the tour is available through a permanent link – for listings on Homegate or ImmoScout24 – and can be embedded as an iframe on your website.

The established providers in the Zurich area are Visualista, livetour.ch and clever-click.ch. RoomView360 offers everything from one appointment: 3D tour, photos, floor plan and drone as a complete package for agents and property managers, plus simplified packages, for example for Airbnb hosts — with transparent fixed prices and delivery within 48 hours. The right choice depends on focus; compare fixed price, lead time and whether the 3D tour includes the floor plan.

Yes. The automatically generated 2D floor plan and the dollhouse view from the 3D scans are included in every package — the Basic package included. On top of that there are two drawn tiers: the clean drawing as a PDF with your logo and the room areas (included in Premium, otherwise CHF 40 per variant) and the dimensioned PDF plan, checked for dimensional accuracy, for building permits and sales documentation. That one stays a separate add-on to every package and costs CHF 180 to 480 depending on apartment size, DWG on request.

None — the tour runs in any browser. VR mode is included in all three packages on top of that, at no surcharge. For the best VR experience we recommend the Meta Quest 3, Meta Quest 2, Meta Quest Pro, Meta Quest or Apple Vision Pro. Other headsets supporting the WebXR standard may work as well.
