This requires feedback within 7 days of delivery. Not covered are circumstances outside our control, such as a property that is inaccessible or not cleared.
For an average apartment, the publicly published prices of Swiss providers range from roughly CHF 400 to CHF 1,200 per property; small units start at around CHF 275, and large or commercial properties reach CHF 2,000 and above (survey of 22 August 2026). RoomView360 works with three fixed-price packages: Basic CHF 390 (up to 100 m²), Pro CHF 690 (up to 200 m²) and Premium CHF 1,190 (up to 350 m², drone included). Basic package: 12 months. Pro package: 24 months. Premium package: 36 months of cloud hosting included. Renewal afterwards: CHF 60 per year. During the hosting period the tour is available through a permanent link – for listings on Homegate or ImmoScout24 – and can be embedded as an iframe on your website.
Yes. The automatically generated 2D floor plan and the dollhouse view from the 3D scans are included in every package — the Basic package included. On top of that there are two drawn tiers: the clean drawing as a PDF with your logo and the room areas (included in Premium, otherwise CHF 40 per variant) and the dimensioned PDF plan, checked for dimensional accuracy, for building permits and sales documentation. That one stays a separate add-on to every package and costs CHF 180 to 480 depending on apartment size, DWG on request.
