Aerial photography for location, exterior, garden and surroundings. A complement to the 3D tour and ground photography — all in one session.
Interior photos show the apartment. The drone shows the location. With one image you explain what ten descriptive texts cannot: the neighbourhood, the garden orientation, the view from the third floor, the distance to the nearest train station or lake. For single-family houses and premium apartments, the aerial shot is now standard in the exposé.
Example perspectives: location, exterior and surroundings in a single frame. Exactly the views that set a listing apart.

Drone shots are included in the Premium package. As an add-on to the Basic or Pro package: CHF 280 (photo set) or CHF 480 (photo + cinematic video).
Drone operations in Switzerland are governed by the rules of the Federal Office of Civil Aviation (FOCA): a maximum of 120 metres above ground, constant visual line of sight to the drone, and no flying over gatherings of people. Controlled airspace — around Zurich Airport or Dübendorf, for instance — and nature reserves carry additional restrictions or require a permit.
Before every quote we check whether flying is permitted at the specific location, and we decline if it is not. The applicable rules are published by FOCA.
What we don't fly: over crowds, over military installations, in nature reserves without permission, or in winds over 10 m/s. If a location does not allow a drone shoot, we say so before the date and not while on the roof.
For an average apartment, the publicly published prices of Swiss providers range from roughly CHF 400 to CHF 1,200 per property; small units start at around CHF 275, and large or commercial properties reach CHF 2,000 and above (survey of 22 August 2026). RoomView360 works with three fixed-price packages: Basic CHF 390 (up to 100 m²), Pro CHF 690 (up to 200 m²) and Premium CHF 1,190 (up to 350 m², drone included). First-time clients receive a 15 % discount on their first project. Which items quotes regularly leave out is set out in our guide “What does a virtual tour cost in Switzerland?”.
Three steps: 1) Date setting and fixed-price quote the same business day. 2) On-site shoot with the 360° camera; depending on size, 1 to 4 hours on location. 3) Post-processing and delivery of the finished tour within 48 hours. The property needs to be tidy and well lit — nothing else is required.
Yes. Prospects see the layout and condition before the appointment, so the enquiries are better qualified. For rentals it reduces empty viewings; for sales it shortens time-on-market. For property managers the tour is also an internal documentation tool — condition at handover, before/after for renovations, evidence in damage cases.
Describe your property. We respond the same business day with a fixed-price quote and a proposed shoot date. No call centres, no sales pressure.
